BAM Properties and Hermes Investment Management have plans to develop offices in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Following completion, Capital Square will be a premier 122,000ft², eight-floor office development and will feature an underground car park.

Situated in the city’s Exchange business district, between Morrison Street and Lothian Road, the development is located close to Haymarket Station and other transport links, as well as several local amenities.

BAM Construction has been chosen to develop this prime development, which will house up to 1,400 people.

The work is expected to start this month and will be ready for occupancy in early-2020.
