Construction company Moss has been appointed to construct a 201-room boutique hotel in West Palm Beach, Florida, US.
This project marks the first vertical development within the Nora District being developed by BD Hotels, Place Projects, Wheelock Street Capital, and NDT Development.
Moss president Brett Atkinson said: “We are honoured to have been selected for this signature project.
“We anticipate breaking ground this summer [mid-2024] and completing the hotel in spring [early] 2026.”
The 203,214ft² hotel will be situated on North Railroad Avenue and comprise five storeys.

It will include a range of amenities, including a rooftop pool deck with a restaurant, a lounge area, two bars, and poolside cabanas.

The announcement comes after the company was selected by BGI Companies as the construction management business to complete the Alba Palm Beach project in December last year.
Alba Palm Beach, being developed in partnership with Blue Road, is expected to unveil a boutique selection of 55 luxury residences by next year.
