International real estate developer MERED has partnered with consultancy Mirage to develop a new residential project in Dubai, UAE.

Mirage has been selected as the lead design and supervision consultant for MERED’s upscale residential development and will handle activities including architectural design, engineering and landscaping.

According to a press release posted on Zawya, the project will feature 311 apartments.

Residents will have access to amenities including a gym, yoga zones, spas, a kids club, restaurants, a BBQ spot, an infinity pool, decks and retail outlets.

MERED CEO Ramil Guliev said: “Mirage’s extensive experience with both premium residences and five-star hotel hospitality projects is the driving factor of why they are the perfect fit for this venture. It demands a fresh perspective and vision.

The project is fast-tracked, with one year for design and contractor procurement.

The main construction phase, including the unit handover to customers, is expected to be completed within three years.
