CECEP Techand Middle East has been contracted to construct The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside, part of Keturah Resort in the United Arab Emirates.

According to a press release posted on Zawya, the project has a construction value of Dh2.8bn ($762m) and the contract has been awarded by real estate developer MAG. 

It is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2027.  

MAG partnered with Marriott International to launch The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside. 

The luxury and wellness-focused development will feature 249 residences and 12 mansions, each with yacht parking for residents. 

The Keturah Resort luxury wellness development offers homeowners a seven-star wellness centre, a five-star hotel, and clubs for private members, women, and children.

Keturah Resort by MAG aims to become the first project in the Middle East/North Africa region to seek the WELL Health-Safety certification for its buildings.
