United Arab Emirates (UAE)-based real estate developer MAG has officially opened the bidding process for the construction of a high-end residential development, Keturah Reserve, in Meydan, Dubai, UAE.

The project, valued at Dh2.8bn ($762m), is set to offer a unique living experience, integrating nature into its design to enhance the well-being of residents.

Keturah Reserve is poised to become a landmark development, featuring 93 townhouses, 90 villas, and 533 apartment units across six buildings.

It is located close to Meydan One Mall, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Hills Mall and offers easy access to major motorways, including Al Khail Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and Sheikh Zayed Road.

The luxury residential project is reportedly the first in the Middle East to focus on “Bio Living”, aiming to significantly improve the physical, mental, and emotional health of its inhabitants.
