UK-based contractor M Group Services has completed the acquisition of AgilityEco, a company that works in the home decarbonisation and energy efficiency sectors.
Following this deal, AgilityEco will now become a part of M Group Services’ Energy Division and will continue to help its customers transition to greener homes and fulfil the UK’s net-zero ambitions.

B-Corp organisation AgilityEco partners with energy providers, commercial organisations, and local authorities to offer large-scale home decarbonisation services, aiming to reduce utility bills in the process.
The company’s client base includes energy retailers such as OVO Energy, British Gas, National Grid, and Scottish Power, along with local authorities, including Portsmouth and Oxfordshire’s councils.
Many of these clients already collaborate with M Group Services, suggesting a strategic fit for the acquisition.
