US-based development firm Legacy MCS has secured contract to develop the mixed use condominium development, The Station, at St. Elmo in South Austin, Texas.
The Station features 136 flat units on 3.063 acres, some of which offer podium pool and pool deck, fourth floor terrace and live work units.
Other amenities include fitness centre, yoga studio, dog park, lounge, resident office space, outdoor BBQ area, spacious outdoor space, and commercial space.
Size of the stacked flat units ranges from 652ft2 up to 2092ft2.
Condominiums and town homes will be available from mid-$200s.
Legacy MCS in a statement said: “Inspired by the magnetic culture of the revitalised, historic St. Elmo area, The Station will be a multi-function, South Austin community like no other.”

Mark Odom and Kelly Grossman are the architects and Brewer Design Studios is responsible for interior designing and vision.
The property will be owned by Legacy Communities, which falls under the Ledgestone Family of Companies.
Besides The Station, Legacy MCS is also managing the pre-construction services of other projects in Austin, Texas for the vertically-integrated real estate development firm, Ledgestone Development Group (LDG).
Legacy MCS provides a full range of construction management oversite and has more than 700 units completed or in production in Texas since 2019.
