Landsouth Construction, a Florida-based general contractor, has begun constructing an upscale multifamily development in Orlando, Florida, US.

Integra Towers at Nona South will be a 12-building, four-storey multifamily project.
It will feature a total of 364 units, rentable garages, and security gates at the entrance of every building.
It will provide ten-floor plans, with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom options.
Among the amenities to be provided at the project include grilling stations, a resort-style pool, a fitness centre, a sports lounge with a golf simulator, a cyber cafe, and a dog spa.
The project will also be close to area theme parks, Orlando airport, and downtown.

LandSouth will leverage an integrated construction approach to construct Integra Towers at Nona South.
Charlan Brock Architects has been appointed as the architectural firm of Integra Towers at Nona South.
