
LandSouth Construction has broken ground on Madison Shores, an upscale multifamily development, in Pensacola, Florida, US.
Developed by Florida-based Inlet Property Company and North Carolina-based Cameron Property Company, Madison Shores project is anticipated to complete by late Spring 2024.

Dan Garner will act as the LandSouth project manager for Madison Shores, while Keith Kilgen will serve as the superintendent.
SGA Narmour Wright Design is appointed as the architecty of Madison Shore.

With five-floor plans, the project will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
These units will vary from 746ft2h to 1,355ft2.
The project will offer various facilities, including a clubhouse, fitness pool, dog park, and designated working areas.
Madison Shores site is close to Pensacola’s white, sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast.
Pensacola Naval Air Station and the Pensacola International Airport are also close to Madison Shores.
