LandSouth Construction has broken ground on Skyline at Westfall Station, a multifamily project in Clermont, Florida, US.

The upscale project is being developed by PKY Clermont MF.

Located at 17000 FL-50, Skyline at Westfall Station is expected to be completed in late Summer 2024.

LandSouth president and CEO James Pyle said: “Skyline at Westfall Station will bring much-needed luxury, multifamily living to the growing Clermont area.

A garden-style development, Skyline at Westfall Station will feature a total of 19, two-story buildings.

It will have a total of 300 units and residents can opt from 13 different floor plans, ranging from 747 to 1,477ft2.

Skyline at Westfall Station will provide many amenities, including integrated garages, a pool with pavilion, dog park, and clubhouse.

It is also close Lake Minneola and Lakefront Park, Lake Louise State Park, Florida Citrus Tower, Crooked River Preserve, Lake Hiawatha, and West Orange Trail.

LandSouth project manager Joyce Englander said: “We have a great team working to bring Skyline at Westfall Station to Clermont.

LandSouth will employ its integrated construction approach to construct Skyline at Westfall Station.
