K-Fast Holding subsidiary K-Prefab has received an order from Noccon to support the construction of a housing project in Orminge, Nacka Municipality, Sweden.
The Orminge Torg project includes the construction of seven commercial spaces, 191 apartments, and a parking garage with more than 300 spaces.

Elisby Fastigheter is the end client for Noccon for this project while K-Prefab will serve as a full-service concrete frame contractor.
The contract is valued at Skr119m ($11.65m).
K-Prefab will be responsible for executing the contract using its concrete frame system, which comprises facade elements, some of which incorporate embedded bricks.

The first main phase is expected to commence in the second quarter (Q2) of 2024 while the second phase is anticipated to begin Q1 2025.

In 2021, K-Fast Holding submitted a building permit application for a new concept for commercial tenants in Sweden.
