Isola Communities, a multi-family property developer, broken ground of Arrebol Villas, a new build for rent community in Goodyear, Arizona, the US.
Situated at the northeast corner of South Cotton Lane and West Elwood Street, the new luxury rental community is claimed to be one of Isola’s larger communities.
Spanning around 27 acres, Arrebol Villas will include 230 studio, one-, and two-bedroom rental homes ranging from 568 to 1,082ft2.
It will be Isola’s third build for rent community in Arizona.
Other amenities at the development include heated swimming pool, a dog park with a dog washing station, advanced fitness centre, and multiple pocket parks.
Additionally, the new homes will feature kitchen appliances, a private backyard with a covered patio, an energy efficient building design and smart home technology.
Arrebol Villas is expected to be completed by the summer of 2023.

In March this year, the property developer commenced construction on Sobremesa Villas, a new luxury rental community in Arizona.
Isola’s second build for rent community in Arizona, Sobremesa Villas is located on West Cactus Road between North 156th Lane and North Reems Road.
It will include 150 studio, one-, and two-bedroom rental homes ranging from 568 to 1,082ft2.
