Gulliver Preparatory School has commenced construction on a new Center for Student Life at its Marian C. Krutulis PK-8 Campus in Florida.
The new 60,000ft2 facility, which is estimated to cost more than $40m, will be built at the heart of student life and learning. Support towards construction includes a gift of $5m.

The Center for Student Life will feature a performing arts and assembly space, a gymnasium, a dining hall, meeting space, flexible labs and next generation classrooms.
It is said to be the first significant building to be built as part of the Gulliver Preparatory School’s recently completed master plan and also part of its long-term plan to combine its four academic campuses into two campuses.
Gulliver Preparatory School, which was established in 1926, is a private, non-profit, independent, co-educational day school that serves 2,200 students in grades PK-12.

By GlobalDataThe school has also secured municipal approval for its master plans at the PK-8 Campus and Upper School Campus.
It stated that the school has closed a land-swap transaction in 2019 with Crossbridge Church for the Upper School Campus that will make possible a consolidated, comprehensive campus master plan.
