Green Brick Partners, a diversified homebuilding and land development company, has acquired nearly 214 acres of land in Waxahachie, Texas to develop Dove Hollow, a single-family residential community.
Through its Trophy Signature Homes brand, the company is planning to develop more than 600 single-family homes.

Located east of I-35E, minutes from downtown Waxahachie, the project will include 50’, 60’, 70’, and 80’ wide homesites.
Dove Hollow is planned to be developed in three phases and will include abundant green spaces, a community park, as well as an amenity centre.
The company’s brand is planning to provide the homebuyers with a mix of front and rear-entry homes across three product lines.

The land development work at the new community is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of next year while Trophy Signature Homes is expected to commence construction in mid-2022.
