Graham has secured a contract from Glencairn Properties for managing the design and construction of a student accommodation scheme in Abbeyhill, Edinburgh.
56three Architects will act as the architect for the scheme while Will Rudd Davidson was appointed as the consultant engineer.

Under the contract, the contractor will provide 149-bed student studios and cluster flats.
They will help address the demand for continued student accommodation.

By GlobalDataThe development occupies a corner plot on Montrose Terrace and West Norton Place and will see the creation of a sympathetically designed building.
The energy-efficient building will feature quality finishes and offer multi-use common areas, cycle storage, laundry facilities, a gym and a community room, as well as underground bin facilities.
In June 2020, the City of Edinburgh Council approved a planning application for the scheme, which is slated for completion next year.
