By GlobalDataThe facility has been designed in a way to reflect the local setting, which also includes The New Albany public house, and will help in the regeneration of the local area.
Once the project is constructed, it is expected that students will occupy less of the local family housing.
Galliford Try Building East Midlands managing director Jon Marston said: “We have an excellent track record in delivering high-quality student accommodation around the country but particularly in Coventry. We look forward to working with the Cassidy Group to add to this portfolio and create a fantastic new facility for students and local residents alike.”
