Marine construction company El Bahrawy Group has introduced the first of 48 Neptune by Kempinski floating and mobile villas in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The project is a product of the partnership between Kempinski Hotels and El Bahrawy, and is part of the overarching Kempinski Floating Palace resort project.

The Kempinski Floating Palace project, which was initiated three years ago, includes a floating hotel alongside 48 luxury mobile villas, according to a press release posted on Zawya.

The estimated market value of the project upon completion is Dh1.6bn ($435.61m).

The aforementioned Neptune villa is the second addition to El Bahrawy’s floating villa portfolio in the region.

The development aligns with the company’s strategy to construct floating residential units that offer luxury, sustainability, privacy, and flexibility.

El Bahrawy chair Mohamed El Bahrawy said: “Since the inception of the project, our main focus has been on creating a distinctive and unparalleled experience that caters to the diverse needs of our discerning customers.

“The project’s success is evident through the significant interest it has garnered from investors across various Arab and Western nations.”

Currently, eight out of the 48 Neptune villas, available in two-, three-, and four-bedroom layouts, are nearing completion.

The floating residences include smart control systems for lighting and temperature, and an engineering design that ensures stability and wave resistance.
