Dream Hotel Group, a US-based hotel brand and management firm, has unveiled plans to build a luxury lifestyle hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The company said that it will introduce its flagship lifestyle brand, Dream Hotels, in Las Vegas.

Dream Hotel Group has signed an agreement with Contour and Shopoff Realty Investments for the development of the Dream Las Vegas. Construction on the new hotel is expected to begin in early next year.

Dream Las Vegas will comprise 450 guest rooms and suites, seven dining and nightlife venues along with a rooftop pool deck, bar and lounge.

The 21-storey luxury hotel will feature three restaurants, two additional bar and lounge concepts on the gaming floor as well as a grab-and-go café on the street level.

It will also include 12,000ft² of private meeting and event space along with a full-service spa, fitness centre and on-site parking.

The hotel will be designed by the architectural firm, DLR Group and will be built by national general contractor McCarthy Building Companies.

Dream Las Vegas will have an undulating contemporary design featuring lustrous glass and metal facade, radiused corners, spacious double-height terraces, oversized windows.

Scheduled to be open in 2023, the new hotel will be located next to the private aviation terminal at McCarran International Airport and two short blocks from the Allegiant Stadium.

The Dream Hotel Group operates 16 hotels and has another 20 locations in various stages of development across the world.

The firm has recently signed Dream San Antonio, Dream Memphis, The Bight in Turks and Caicos, and Emma & Elissa in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
