Real estate development and investment group Dominvs Group has secured planning consent for the £250m mixed-use regeneration project on the Euro House site in Wembley, London, UK.
The London Borough of Brent granted consent to the 541,564ft² Euro House development designed by Allford, Hall, Monaghan & Morris (AHMM). It will provide 493 apartments and penthouses.
Part of Dominvs Group’s strategy to diversify into the residential market over the next five years, the development will also have a health club, retail outlets and 2,787m² of makerspace, complete with a canal-like feature and landscaping.
As part of this strategy, the group will undertake private residential, student, build-to-rent and joint venture opportunities in London and the wider UK.
The development is located on a freehold 2.8-acre industrial site on Fulton Road, with a former warehouse building and yard set to be replaced by four new buildings that rise from 11 to 21 stories.
The new buildings in the Euro House project are inspired by the Edwardian-era mansion buildings and warehouses of Central London and Manhattan.

By GlobalDataThey will feature brick faces with decorative cladding, expanses of full-height glazing, and cantilevered and recessed balconies. The upper floor penthouses will have large terraces.
The raised ground floors of the buildings will create spacious and stylish glass-fronted foyers to the buildings.
Roofgardens will be added on top of podiums. Wide pedestrian boulevards, landscaped areas, children’s playspaces and gardens will surround the buildings.
Dominvs Group director Husnell Ahluwalia said: “This major urban regeneration scheme is located within Wembley Park, a leisure and retail destination which had over 20 million visitors last year.
“Our new Euro House development will provide high-quality housing, retail and makerspace units and is on the doorstep of the iconic Wembley Stadium and the adjacent London Designer Outlet retail village, which has over seven million visitors per annum and is one of the most popular designer outlet villages in the UK.”
In addition, as part of the project, Wealdstone Brook will be transformed into a new canal-like feature within the development.
More than 900 cycle parking spaces, cyclist-friendly pathways and pedestrian boulevards will be part of this development.
