MedCore Partners and The National Realty Group (TNRG) have broken ground on Sooner Station, a senior living community in Norman in the US state of Oklahoma.

Located on 24th Avenue North at Radius Way in Norman and spread over eight acres, the 188-unit first-class senior living community is situated on the north side of the mixed-use development, University North Park.

Planned to open in the fall of 2021, the Sooner Station development will comprise 100 independent living, 64 assisted living, and 24 memory care units.

MedCore founding partner Michael Graham said: “We are pleased to bring a premium-quality senior living destination to the Norman market.

“Sooner Station will offer a beautifully-designed residential setting with fully-integrated programs and services for seniors that can tremendously enhance their current lifestyle.”

Pi Architects provided architecture and engineering, interior design and landscape design services for the Sooner Station project, which is backed by financing from BOK Financial with LP Equity provided by ACRON USA.
