Real estate firm Hines and DNR Group have commenced construction of DNR Altitude, an office project in the Indian state of Karnataka.

This project is situated on a 4-acre commercial site, which is owned by DNR Group, in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

With one million feet  of built-up area, the project will feature a grade-A 20-storey office tower along with amenity spaces.

The companies have collaborated last year for the development of the project, which is a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) with immediate access to bus station, SBD Growth Corridor and Metro.

The project involves an initial investment of $26.7m and is anticipated to be completed by the second quarter of 2024.

Hines stated that the new office tower will be Covid future proof, incorporating elements such as anti-microbial finishes in common areas, vertical transportation system, spacious circulation areas as well as adoption of touch-less technologies.
