Canada-based Conexus has unveiled the design for its new head office building at the College Avenue Campus in Regina, Saskatchewan.
To be located in an 80,000ft² space, the new three-storey building will be added to the University of Regina’s Darke Hall and will be fully solar equipped.

Conexus recently selected P3Architecture Partnership (P3A) as the architect on the project.
P3A will serve as the prime consultant for University of Regina’s College Avenue Campus renewal project.
The building will be home to Regina’s first business incubator to help develop the next-generation of local small businesses.
The incubator could also serve as a working lab for students for research and projects.

By GlobalDataThe company’s Regina-based corporate services staff, which is currently spread across six different locations in the city, will work at the building.
The company is contributing $8.25m to the College Avenue Campus renewal project, of which $3.25m will be used to lease the land. Once the 90-year lease expires, the building will be handed over to the university.
The building will be built in accordance to Parks Canada’s Standards for Conservation of Historic Spaces in Canada and the Wascana Centre Authority’s architectural requirements.
Conexus plans to open its new head office building and the Darke Hall in early 2020.
