Brookfield Properties and Skanska USA have announced the topping out of the office tower at the Fifth + Broadway, a mixed-use project located in Nashville, Tennessee.

The 372,000ft², 24-storey office tower, known as 501 Commerce, will be the future global headquarters of AllianceBernstein, an investment management firm.

Located immediately across the street from Bridgestone Arena and Ryman Auditorium and lower Broadway’s honky tonk row, the office tower is expected to be ready in summer 2020.

AllianceBernstein is considered to be a premier office tenant at the building, as it recently expanded to 220,000ft² as it now expects to house 1,250 employees at the site. The company has been allotted the levels 17 and 24, which are the top floors of the tower.

Another tenant at the building is BDO USA’s Nashville office who will take about 14,100ft² on the 14th floor.

Fifth + Broadway general manager Tom Miller said: “We are incredibly proud to top out 501 Commerce which will be the most exciting corporate address in Nashville. As with all Fifth + Broadway milestones, a cast of thousands has worked tirelessly for years to achieve this.
