
Bouygues UK has been selected by the housing association Catalyst as a construction partner for the next phase of the Portobello Square regeneration in North Kensington, London.
As agreed, Bouygues UK will start the construction of Phase IIb of the regeneration scheme in June next year.
This phase is expected to complete in around two years.
Once complete, this phase of Portobello Square regeneration project will deliver around 230 new homes including 108 homes for social rent alongside 11 homes for shared ownership.
Overall, the project will deliver around 1,000 new homes including social housing, new commercial and community spaces and 2.3 acres of new public park.
Existing Catalyst residents on the estate will have a choice to move to the new development.
