Blackwell 3D Construction, a 3D house printing technology company, has gained sole ownership of Dubai-based Blackwell Realtech 3D Printing Construction.  

Blackwell 3D Construction has agreed to issue one million restricted shares of its common stock in exchange for complete ownership of Blackwell Realtech.  

This move is expected to bolster Blackwell 3D’s commitment to rapid project readiness and expand its market reach. 

The acquisition is part of Blackwell 3D’s growth strategy and is expected to deliver multiple advantages to the company.
