More than 1,925m2 of landscaped communal spaces including spa terrace, a biodiversity terrace, a communal courtyard, and a new public walkway through the site from Newmarket Square to St. Luke’s Avenue will also be included.

Construction work on the project is expected to be completed in 2023.

BAM Ireland CEO Theo Cullinane said: “We are delighted to deliver this important project which will greatly contribute to the regeneration of Newmarket Square, bringing with it an enhanced streetscape, vibrant economy and long-term social benefits.

“Moving forward with this project is particularly exciting considering the full return of the construction sector and we look forward to getting back to delivering much-needed new homes, while continuing to ensure the highest standards of safety on all of our sites.”
