Azizi Developments has revealed that construction on its luxury development, Creek Views II, at Dubai Creek in Dubai Healthcare City, United Arab Emirates, is 99% complete. 

The development, valued at Dh350m ($95.30m), is scheduled for handover in the first quarter of this year, according to a press release posted on Zawya.

Creek Views II will feature 587 residences, comprising 116 studios, 436 one-bedroom, and 35 two-bedroom units.  

It will also include amenities such as two swimming pools, a sauna, a gym, and a children’s play area. 

Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works are at 99%, with overall exterior and interior finishes also nearing completion.
