Arada, a property development company, has unveiled a new garden villa community at Aljada in Sharjah, the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Sarab 2, the 24 million ft² mixed-use property is in the heart of New Sharjah and includes 114 villas and townhouses built in a landscaped neighbourhood and Arada will begin sales from 10 August.

The housing units at Sarab 2 have been targeted towards professionals, couples and families. They range from two-bedroom townhouses, three-bedroom townhouses and semi-detached villas and four-bedroom detached villas.
Arada claims that Sarab 2 residents can benefit from the world-class leisure and sporting facilities such as male and female gyms, a swimming pool, a children’s adventure playground, basketball and squash courts, outdoor gyms and a mosque, which were designed under a green community master plan. Each home has direct access to parks from their back doors as well.
Arada chairman Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi said: “It is extremely encouraging to see how well the Sharjah market continues to perform even amid such challenging circumstances.

Arada claims that there has been a 10% increase in sales at its projects, as Emirati nationals have been investing in Aljada and at its first project Nasma Residences.
Earlier this month, Arada had awarded an AED423m ($115.2m) contract for the construction of the 2,000-unit East Village community, which is part of the second phase of Aljada, as the developer is moving forward with the construction of the AED24bn ($6.53bn) mega project.
Located in Muwaileh district in the heart of New Sharjah, Aljada is a master-planned destination, which is claimed to transform the future of the Emirate. Along with several residential districts, it also includes extensive retail, hospitality, commercial, healthcare and education offerings, all located in the centre of Sharjah.
