Construction work on the $608m 360 Queen Street Office Tower located in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q2 2017.

The project involves the construction of a 33-story, 200m high office tower in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of 45,000m2 office space
2. Construction of 1,546m2 supermarket
3. Construction of meeting rooms
4. Construction of conference halls
5. Construction of a cafeteria
6. Construction of a podium level for a gym and a childcare
7. Construction of a pedestrian arcade
8. Construction of a public plaza
9. Construction of entertainment facilities
10. Construction of an outdoor cinema
11. Construction of an indoor sport
12. Construction of a recreation center
11. Construction of basement car parking with 59 car and bike parking spaces
12. Installation of elevators
13. Installation of safety and security systems

Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q4 2025.

Owners of the project include Australia-based Investa Property Group, Charter Hall Group.

Australia-based Blight Rayner Architecture is the architect and engineering design consultant for the 360 Queen Street Office Tower, while Brisbane City Council is the planning authority.
