Construction work on the $30m Lillestrom Kvarteret Residential Community located in Buskerud, Norway commenced in Q4 2022. It was announced in Q1 2019.
The project involves the construction of two residential buildings of five and six stories comprising 84 apartments in Viken county, Norway.
The project includes the following:
1. Construction of community facilities
2. Construction of a courtyard
3. Construction of underground parking spaces
4. Installation of elevators
5. Installation of safety and security systems
Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q1 2025.
Norway-based Veidekke A is the architect and engineering design consultant for the Lillestrom Kvarteret Residential Community, while Viken county municipality is the planning authority.
