Construction work on the $30m Lixa Office Complex: Phase III located in Warsaw, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q2 2017.

The project involves the construction of a 17,000m2 office complex in Wola, Warsaw, Poland.

The project includes the following:

1. Construction of conference facilities
2. Construction of meeting rooms
3. Construction of restaurants
4. Construction of common terraces
5. Construction of a courtyard
6. Construction of shops
7. Construction of a kindergarten
8. Construction of parking spaces
9. Installation of elevators
10. Installation of safety and security systems
11. Construction of related facilities

Construction on the project is expected to be completed by Q4 2024.

Owners of the project include Poland-based Yareal Polska.
