The project involves the construction of a 72,000m2 industrial estate on 14ha of land in Auburn, New South Wales, Australia.
The project includes the following:
1. Construction of warehouses
2. Construction of office spaces
3. Construction of logistics hubs
4. Construction of parking facilities
5. Installation of elevators
Construction on the project, spread across 14 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q1 2023.
Owners of the project include Australia-based Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI), Mirvac Real Estate Pty.
