Construction work on the $330m Buckeye I-10 Logistics Center located in Buckeye, Arizona, the US commenced in Q2 2022. It was announced in Q4 2020.
The project involves the construction of a 204,387m2 industrial complex on 58.6ha of land in Buckeye, Arizona, the US.
The project includes the following:
1. Construction of loading docks
2. Construction of distribution spaces
3. Construction of storage spaces
Construction on the project, spread across 59 hectares, is expected to be completed by Q1 2024.
Owners of the project include the US-based BET Investments.
