The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 4.69% in November 2022 when compared with October 2022.

IT jobs claimed an 8.76% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2022, and recorded a 0.4% decline over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Eaton Corporation, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 36.05% in November 2022, and a 6.06% drop over October 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 27.91% in November 2022, and registered growth of 71.43%. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 10.47% in November 2022, a 35.71% drop from October 2022.

Asia-Pacific drives IT hiring at Eaton Corporation

Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global construction IT hiring activity in November 2022 with a 46.51% share, which marked a 25% rise over the previous month.

North America stood next with 40.7%, registering a 9.38% month-on-month growth. Europe was the third leading region with an 11.63% share and a 42.86% rise over October 2022.

In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 1.16% and a month-on-month flat growth.

India commanded a leading presence in the region’s construction industry IT hiring activity with a 44.19% share in November 2022, a 52% growth over October 2022. US featured next with a 26.74% share, up 9.52% over the previous month. Canada recorded an 8.14% share, a decline of 12.5% compared with October 2022.

Junior Level jobs lead Eaton Corporation IT hiring activity in November 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 43.02%, down by 13.95% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 43.02% share, a growth of 105.56% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 13.95% share, up 33.33% over October 2022.
