Weston Homes is launching eco-friendly construction features across its £2.13bn portfolio of residential and mixed-use projects in the UK.
About 20 active projects and more than 7,500 new homes will be covered under this initiative.

The company’s ‘Fabric First’ approach to design and build sites will feature construction components made off-site by group company British Offsite at its two facilities.
The projects in London and south east will have a range of sustainable features such as air source heat pumps and/or district network heating systems; home appliances with high EU energy efficiency ratings and low water usage; parking bays with electric vehicle charging points; solar panels; and apartment buildings with green or brown roofs.
From all the future housing units, natural gas will be removed, and at several projects across the portfolio, this is already underway, three years ahead of the legal mandate.
