ReefLIVE has revealed its plan to build a £10m aquarium at Titanic Quarter in Belfast, UK.
If granted approval, the proposed aquarium will serve as a major marine tourist attraction in Northern Ireland.

It is expected to attract more than 300,000 people each year following its opening in 2021.
A pre-application public consultation will be held next month before the submission of a planning application in early October.
The building will be designed by Ethos Architects.
ReefLIVE spokesperson has been quoted by BBC News as saying: “Belfast has become one of the UK’s leading hubs for such family-friendly experiences and we see the city as a thriving tourism destination.

“As part of our work, establishing solid partnerships with educational institutions will be of utmost importance to us at all phases of the facility’s programme development.”
Turley is serving as planning consultant on this project.
Turley director Brian Kelly was quoted by The Irish News as saying: “Turley is very excited to be part of this innovative project and we look forward to seeing the ReefLIVE Aquarium situated in the great company of neighbouring attractions as a best-in-class education landmark.
“This substantial investment will support the ongoing development of the area as a distinguished tourist destination.”
Set up last year, the aquarium will be located opposite the Titanic Hotel and ReefLIVE’s first project.
