Residents of 12 Halsey will benefit from a range of amenities such as a resort-style pool, a modern fitness centre, a tenant lounge, and several landscaped roof gardens. The property also offers prime retail spaces and parking facilities.
EJS Group president Ted Segal said: “12 Halsey reflects our long-term commitment to developing thoughtfully designed mixed-use communities that expand housing opportunities while enhancing the surrounding neighbourhood.”
