By GlobalDataEiffage Construction delivered the project with a focus on meeting environmental standards beyond EU RE2020 regulations.
The buildings were constructed using biobased materials and low-carbon concrete. Meanwhile, the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems were designed to reduce energy consumption.
Renewable energy is generated through more than 1,000m² of photovoltaic canopies in the parking area and 300m² of rooftop solar panels, providing a combined output of 250kWp.
Further, approximately half of the site – 6,400m² – is allocated to green and landscaped areas.
In June this year, Eiffage Construction declared the completion of a mixed-use development, the Sensorium, in France.
The Sensorium features 135 housing units, including 41 social rental units and adapted housing, as well as 18,000m² of office space, retail, and outdoor area.
