Paspaley Pearls Properties has won a contract from the Northern Territory Government in Australia to build a 20-storey tower in state capital Darwin as part of an $84m development.
The 9,000m2 office will be part of the redevelopment of the Paspaley building in central Darwin.

The building will be called the Charles Darwin Centre and will include office, commercial and retail space, offering views of Darwin Harbour.
Australia-based Peckvonhartel has been chosen by Paspaley Pearls Properties to develop a masterplan and design for the site.
The building will be designed to achieve a five-star NABERS green rating, according to architectureanddesign.com.
Construction on the project is scheduled to start at the end of 2012 and is expected to be completed in 2015.
