Bouygues Construction subsidiary Dragages Macau has secured a contract, worth about €360m, to construct a hotel in Macau, China, which will be part of the City of Dreams entertainment complex.
The contract has been awarded by Melco Crown Entertainment, which owns and develops casinos, and leisure and entertainment complexes.

After completion, the 39-storey hotel will feature 783 bedrooms including ten villas, a casino, restaurants, conference room and a sky pool.
Under the deal, Dragages Macau will construct the core and shell, including the reinforced concrete structure, structural steel exoskeleton, curtain wall and cladding.
The works, which are currently under way, are expected to take three years to complete.
Bouygues said the City of Dreams includes the world’s largest water-based show and space devoted to gambling and designer-brand shopping, various hotels and restaurants.

Dragages Hong Kong, a subsidiary of Bouygues, completed the Cruise Terminal Building in 2013.
The company is currently constructing two rail tunnels for the Hong Kong-Beijing high-speed line and the first stretch of the bridge that will connect Hong Kong and the cities of Zhuhai and Macau.
