The project’s SPV will receive a €792m cash grant and a 65% toll surplus from the Greek government.

The development will feature a 30m-high luminous sphere encircled by over 1,000 AI-driven water jets, among other features.

The development aims to remedy congestion between Fredericksburg and Washington, D.C..
The company has received contracts across Austria, Germany, Poland, and Romania.
The project is scheduled for completion by 2029.
