Vision Hospitality Group, a US-based hotel management and development company, has broken ground on the new AC Hotel Atlanta Perimeter Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
The new hotel will be located off of GA 400 and I-285 at 121 Perimeter Center West and within walking distance to the Perimeter Center Mall. It is also positioned between major companies such as State Farm, UPS, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Mercedes Benz USA.

Scheduled to open next year, the 156-room hotel is also claimed to be the first in the area to have a rooftop bar boasting the panoramic views of Atlanta skyline.
The AC Hotel Atlanta Perimeter Center is expected to have a curated collection of artwork and modern design elements with subtle tones and crisp and clean lines. The contemporary styling could elevate the guest experience with services and amenities.
The modern guest rooms are expected to cater to the savvy business travellers, offering sleek furnishings, open closet system, elegant art and hardwood floors.

By GlobalDataThe AC Lounge will be a collaborative workspace during the day time and a gathering place by night. Deliberately designed for creativity and connectivity, the AC Lounge will be located on the seventh floor.
Vision Hospitality stated that the rooftop bar will be open year-round for guests and locals alike and will feature tapas-style small bites, artisanal cocktails, local craft beers and speciality wines.
The first floor will also be home to the brand’s signature AC Kitchen, where guests will be served with continental breakfast selection of flaky croissants, savoury egg tarts, freshly sliced Iberico prosciutto and Nespresso coffee.
Vision Hospitality Group president and CEO Mitch Patel said: “The concept behind the AC Hotel Atlanta Perimeter Center is simple but powerful – edit away the unnecessary to allow guests to focus on what is most important to them.
“We are excited to offer this frictionless experience to the Atlanta area, where we currently have 10 hotels in operation. I am especially excited to introduce the rooftop bar, which will feature expansive views of Perimeter Center, Buckhead and Midtown.”
Vision Hospitality also stated that the service and amenities have been designed to encourage guests to work, explore and socialise at the AC Hotel Atlanta Perimeter Center.
Throughout the hotel, guests can find Kallpods, wireless service buttons to meet their needs. Additional amenities will include a fitness centre and an AC Market selling locally sourced items for on-the-go.
