Veidekke Logistikkbygg has inked a contract with Toveien 41, which is controlled by Anthon Eiendom and Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap, to construct a logistics building in Vestby, south of Oslo.

The contract carries a value of around $27m (NOK240m) without excluding VAT.

Anthon Eiendom and Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap have once again chosen Veidekke Logistikkbygg as partner for a logistics project.

The contract builds on the partnership developed through earlier eight projects.

The location of the logistics building is in Toveien in Vestby Business Park, adjacent to Optimera’s new central warehouse.

Construction has commenced and is slated to complete in 18 months.
