US-based hotel and residences brand The Loren Group has broken ground on its latest project, The Loren at Turtle Cove, further bolstering its international expansion in the Turks and Caicos islands.
This third site joins the company’s portfolio of locations and is located in a secluded cove on Grace Bay. It is close to Providenciales Airport and Smith’s Reef and Babalua Beach.
The site’s location reflects the brand’s rising demand for residential and hotel developments in exotic and natural environments.
The Loren Hotel Group founder and CEO Stephen King said: “The Loren Hotels and residences brings the elements of luxury living to those seeking a seamless blend of architecture and nature. The Loren at Turtle Cove is a significant next step in our brand expansion as we continue to identify and secure future project sites.
“We have a track record of identifying the highest quality sites and building strong teams – from architects and investors to general contractors – to deliver on The Loren Hotels’ signature luxury offerings and the ultimate experiences.”
This property will feature six private beachfront villas, 25 condominium units, and 33 guest suites offering ocean views.
