Stream Realty Partners (Stream), a real estate company, is set to develop a new 500,000ft² mixed-used project, known as The Quad, in uptown Dallas, Texas.
Last year, Stream purchased the four-acre site with plans to restore the block’s status as the mixed-use hub of uptown Dallas.

The new 12-storey building, to be located at the corner of Howell Street and Routh Street, will offer 335,000ft² of workspace and will include a combination of on-site and neighbourhood amenities.
The office building of The Quad will feature a lobby with a curated digital art installation, claimed to be the first of its kind in a Dallas office building along with 11ft ceilings, an exclusive fitness studio, an underground parking and scenic views on each floor.
Furthermore, the office building’s top floor will be home to The Quad Club, a penthouse amenity centre with a tenant lounge, a conference centre and a rooftop terrace overlooking the Dallas skyline.

The building will also include over an acre of lush green space and five retail bungalows, totalling 15,000ft² featuring a mix of new-to-market coffee, elevated fast-casual and full-service restaurants.

Located in the centre of Uptown Dallas, the new building is claimed to be surrounded by a neighbourhood where the walk-score is 92. It is within walking distance from more than 200 unique restaurants and coffee shops, 44 multifamily residences, along with the celebrated McKinney Avenue Trolley, and the 3.5-mile-long Katy Trail.
