Skanska has announced an investment of €20m, (SEK200m) for the second phase of Port7, which is a mixed-use project in Prague, Czech Republic.
This phase features two office buildings with a total leasable area of around 7,900m2.
Out of the two office buildings, one has five above ground floors, and the other with six above ground floors with 2 underground parking levels.
The project includes above ground levels of the two buildings.
The complete Port7 complex will provide about 35,000m2 of A-class office and retail premises in three buildings located in Prague 7 – Holešovice.

The newly redeveloped Holešovice riverfront will allow people to enjoy running, cycling or kayaking.
Port7 is expected to get LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certifications.
Construction of the second phase began this month and is slated to complete in Q2 2023.
Earlier this week, Skanska announced its plans to build a residential project in Gothenburg, Sweden with an investment of $37.8m (SEK340m).
The project called Galleriet will be located Nya Hovås.
Overall, the company will construct a total of 116 Nordic Swan eco-labelled apartments, comprising tenant-owned apartments and condominiums.
