Sentral and OliverBuchananGroup (OBG) have partnered to build new urban multifamily communities and mixed-use schemes in high-growth US markets.

Sentral, which is a residential brand and operator of flexible living communities, will act as the sole property management company for residential properties.

The partnership will focus initially on projects in Denver, San Diego, Phoenix, Dallas, Austin and Nashville.

Sentral’s first partnership with mixed use real estate development firm OBG will focus on Denver’s River North District (RiNo).

This partnership has engaged many local as well as global design firms to plan for a community that will feature over 300 residential units as well as event, retail, and office space.

Construction on this project is set to begin next year.

The scheme is situated in an area with one of the highest concentrations of restaurants, entertainment and breweries in Denver, with over one million ft2 of office space under construction within a radius of one-mile.
