SHARE Community Development Corp (SCDC) has signed a contract for the second of its six premier locations in the Greater Houston metropolitan area, Texas, US.
The contract is for the construction of SCDC’s multifamily communities and marks a step towards achieving its first-year construction goals.
The development, Cheerful Creek Court, will be a Class-A multifamily project that will offer approximately 112 luxury apartment homes.
These units will include one, two, and three-bedroom options, constructed with precast insulated concrete panels.
Amenities will include a swimming pool, clubhouse, on-site fitness centre, dog park, and others.

It will also be near Lakewood Forest and the Champion Forest area, just south of Grand Parkway in Texas, catering to a community of professionals and families.
The site will be accessible to more than 143,000 daily commuters, providing residents easy access to shopping, entertainment, and employment opportunities.
These include Vintage Park Shopping Village, Sam Houston Race Park, iT’Z Family Food & Fun, Aerodrome, and more.
Last month, the company announced the signing of a contract for its first location in the region.
