Winvic has been selected by industrial developer Panattoni to construct industrial units at three logistic parks in the UK.
Under the contract, the company will build three industrial warehouses at Panattoni Park Northampton, Crewe Commercial Park and Derby Commercial Park.

At Panattoni Park Northampton, Winvic will build three additional single-sided dock warehouses with 250,000ft2, 430,000ft2 and 380,000ft2 of area.
The first facility will have 8,000ft2 two-storey office space and parking space for 198 vehicles and the remaining two facilities will have 12,000ft2 of office area and more than 330 parking spaces.
The company has already commenced work on the first two units during the start of this year with completion planned in August. Construction of the third unit is planned to begin later this year.

Winvic will deliver a 480,000ft2 cross dock industrial warehouse at Derby Commercial Park that can be easily split into two separate units in the future.
It will include 28,000ft2 main and pod office space, parking space for 460 cars along with an option for additional offices on the ground floor of the warehouse in future.
Construction on the facility has already begun in March and is planned to be delivered this year-end.
Winvic Industrial, Distribution and Logistics director Danny Nelson said: “Panattoni Park in Northampton is a scheme that is dear to us. Not only is it close to our head office, we’ve also been on site since 2018, shaping the space with civils and infrastructure works and we then successfully constructed three units simultaneously for Phase 1.
“Crewe Commercial Park is a new site for us but we have previously worked at the Derby logistics park before, to bring forward multiple units.”
