Moda Living, a developer and operator of private rented homes, has submitted a planning application to Birmingham City Council for a £183m residential scheme.
Once the scheme is completed, it will be the tallest residential tower in Birmingham, according to Construction Enquirer.

The 2one2 Broad Street tower has been designed by architect Glenn Howell and will have 481 apartments with up to three bedrooms in each.
The tower will feature around 35,000ft² of commercial, retail and leisure space spread over a three-storey podium, while its roof will have a 200-metre outdoor running circuit, providing views of the city's skyline.
Moda Living managing director Tony Brooks was quoted by the website as saying: “The Moda Living model of single landlord ownership and taking a 360-degree lifestyle approach, covering everything from work to working out, will help meet this shortfall while also raising the bar in the local rental market.”
Other facilities will consist of a lobby staffed by a concierge service, free Wi-Fi, gym, dining club, eating areas, and public space, reported Birmingham Post.
